I'm the owner of Madison Griffin Fit, online health and fitness coaching services for women!

How much is your personal training?

We offer varying prices for different goals. Schedule a consult to find out which program and pricing would be best suited to your goals!

What if I am not fit and haven't worked with a personal trainer before?

No worries! We are here to help you get fit and reach your goals, no matter where you are starting from.

Do I need a gym membership to participate in your program?

To get the most out of your training, I recommend either having a gym membership or an at home gym so we can plan a more diverse and fun exercise plan for you!

How many days a week will I need to train with this program?

We plan different numbers of training days depending on your skill level and availability, but we usually program anywhere from 3 to 6 exercise days per week.
